The hotel room was good and services were very good.
The public areas of the hotel were unclean and unpleasant. Too much noices from public events (weddings...). We have travelled for two weeks in India (Rajasthan and New Delhi) and booked only selected hotels of 5 stars. In our opinion this hotel is too expensive relative to what is expected of this price. Unfortunate to rate this hotel seemed to be the least good hotel comparing to the Taj , Trident and others.

beautiful hotel, spacious facilities, serene location
Housekeeping coordination needs serious attention!!! Fumigation timing near the pool was poorly managed. Rooms lack privacy and cleanliness. Management should really consider better room layouts for comfort!!!

The service we received was excellent, especially the staff's attention to detail. They found my misplaced sunglasses like it was just another day on the job.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly that's expected for a place like this.
